2. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay

3. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are dispatched within business days after order confirmation
- Standard delivery timeline: 7–8 working days, depending on location and courier services
- Shipping charges: Vary between ₹60 to ₹100, depending on your delivery location
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances
4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns: Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Unopened products: May be returned within specified days of delivery, subject to inspection.
Refunds: If approved, refunds are processed via Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled only before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate shipping and contact information. Delays or losses caused by incorrect details are not our responsibility. Customers must also maintain confidentiality of their account details.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for misuse, allergic reactions, or adverse effects from product use. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
