For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged. Please verify your order before unsealing the product.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate delivery details at checkout. Orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses or contact details will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
