Refund policy

At Pillory.in, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Exchange Policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless received damaged or defective).

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Damaged or defective product received.
  • Product received in a leaked or broken condition.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Return & Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at help.pilloryperfume@gmail.com
  2. Include:
    • Order Number
    • Your Name
    • Photos or videos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
    • Reason for the return or exchange
  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  4. If approved, we will arrange a pickup (where service is available) or provide return shipping instructions.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after receiving the required account details.

Shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing help.pilloryperfume@gmail.com with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If a prepaid order is cancelled before shipment, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect:

  • Opened perfumes
  • Used fragrance products
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
